2022 Perle d'Arche, Bordeaux, Frankrijk, Sauternes AOC

Château d’Arche is a Second Growth (Deuxième Cru Classé) of Sauternes, classified in 1855. Perched on the hills overlooking the village of Sauternes, the estate produces Soleil d’Arche as a fresher, more approachable expression of the appellation. Shorter ageing, restrained use of oak and a careful balance between sweetness, fruit and acidity give this wine its elegant style.
