For this very first edition, we will be joined by the prestigious Travaglini estate, a renowned name from Italy’s Piedmont region, famous for its iconic Gattinara and exceptional cuvées.

You will have the opportunity to discover this remarkable estate during a 5-course dinner (amuse-bouche, starter, main course, dessert, cheese), carefully designed to highlight the finesse and elegance of Travaglini wines. Each dish will be paired with a wine thoughtfully selected from the estate’s collection:
