After the success of our first edition, The Winemakers’ Dinners are back!

For this second edition, we are heading to Sicily with Gulfi, one of the leading wineries in the south-east of the island.

We will have the pleasure of welcoming Matteo Catania, owner of Gulfi, who will join us especially for the occasion to share the story of his family, the philosophy of the estate and the incredible diversity of its terroirs.

Founded by his father, Vito Catania, Gulfi has become a benchmark for its work with native Sicilian grape varieties, and in particular Nero d’Avola. The estate is especially renowned for its single-vineyard approach: several vineyards are vinified separately to reveal the different expressions of the same grape variety depending on the soil, altitude and microclimate.

We invite you to immerse yourself in the heart of Sicily with a 5-course dinner, specially created to complement and showcase the wines of the estate.

Each course will be paired with a carefully selected wine, including several expressions of Nero d’Avola. A unique opportunity to discover, alongside Matteo Catania, how the same grape variety can reveal completely different personalities depending on its terroir.
