2025 Quatre Cépages, Domaine Entre-Deux-Monts, Heuvelland, Belgium

Founded in 2004 by Martin Bacquaert, a winemaking engineer, Entre-Deux-Monts is located in Westouter, in the Heuvelland region, on the ridge connecting Mont Rouge to Mont Noir, just a few hundred meters from the French border. The sandy-loam soils, interspersed with ferruginous sandstone, flint, and draining sands, are paired with a cool maritime climate influenced by the North Sea. The estate prioritizes freshness, tension, and aromatic precision, practicing sustainable viticulture with cover crops, hedgerows to promote biodiversity, and a strong focus on reducing its carbon footprint.
