Domaine de Cézin is located in Marçon, at the heart of the Coteaux du Loir appellation area in the Loire Valley. A family-owned estate passed down through several generations, it embodies the continuity of a discreet yet historically recognized Loire vineyard.

The estate primarily works with the appellation’s emblematic grape varieties: Pineau d’Aunis for the reds, as well as Chenin and occasionally Chardonnay for the whites depending on the cuvée. Some vines are well over fifty years old and are planted on soils of tuffeau limestone, flinty clay and sand, typical of the area, which contribute to wines that are refined, taut and marked by a distinctive spicy expression.

The estate’s philosophy is based on sustainable viticulture, with close attention to natural balance and controlled yields. In the cellar, winemaking focuses on purity of fruit and aromatic precision, with gentle, measured extractions to preserve the natural finesse of the grape varieties.
