Domaine de la Meunerie is located in Trouillas, south of Perpignan, in the heart of the Aspres area of Roussillon. Stéphane Batlle cultivates a mosaic of Mediterranean terroirs made up of schist, clay, and pebbles, in an environment strongly shaped by the tramontane wind and significant temperature variations.

The estate stands out for its modern approach to Roussillon wines: precise, balanced, and easy-drinking wines that emphasize freshness, drinkability, and purity of fruit rather than excessive power. Winemaking is low-intervention, with gentle extraction methods and a constant pursuit of elegance, both for white and red wines.
