Domaine de Vénus is located in Maury, in the Agly Valley, northwest of Roussillon, on spectacular black schist terroirs. The climate is particularly dry and windy, with a strong Mediterranean influence, offering ideal conditions for full ripening while preserving freshness thanks to significant temperature variations.

The estate mainly works with the great Mediterranean grape varieties of Roussillon, following an approach focused on terroir expression and wine balance. Winemaking seeks finesse and drinkability, with measured ageing and controlled extraction in order to preserve aromatic precision and tension. The estate’s wines combine southern generosity, depth, and elegance, with a true mineral identity linked to the schist soils of Maury.
