The Domaine Cicéron is part of the Auriol Estates universe, under the leadership of Claude Vialade. Around Cicéron, the vineyard has been designed as an experimental site focused on the viticulture of the future: adapting to climate change, more sustainable water management, and work on grape varieties suited to Mediterranean conditions.
The Grenache cuvée perfectly illustrates this approach: a Grenache planted in cool, high-altitude terroirs, seeking balance and aromatic precision rather than simple Mediterranean power, with an expression that is both ripe and surprisingly easy to drink.
