Chanteloiseau is a family domain located in the municipality of Mazères at 30 minutes from the city of Bordeaux. The domain has a soil with stons and a subsoil of clay with deep pebbles. The red vineyard consists of 33 ha, the withe of 14 ha. The density is 5000-5500 plants / ha.
The average age of the red and white vines is 32 years. On average they producs 230 000 bottles of red and 105 000 bottles of white wine.
The maturing of the red wines is done in oak barrels for 10% with 5% new barrels and 90% in steel vats for 12 months.
