Domaine Denis Carré is a family estate based in Meloisey, in the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune. Denis and Bernadette Carré founded the estate in 1975 with the ambition of growing and vinifying their own wines. Today, the next generation, notably Martial and Gaëtane, continues the family work across around 15 hectares, with conversion to organic farming underway since 2020. The style focuses on honest and precise Burgundies, built around a clear expression of terroir, with a fine balance between ripeness, ageing, and freshness.
