Clotilde Davenne is a trained oenologist who has been making wine in Chablis since 1989. After gaining extensive experience in the Chablis region, she established her own estate in Préhy in 2005. Today, her vineyards form a mosaic of plots spread across Chablis and the Auxerrois, producing wines from appellations including Chablis, Saint-Bris, Irancy and Bourgogne Côtes d’Auxerre.
Her approach favours low-intervention winemaking and a precise expression of the different terroirs, particularly the Jurassic limestone soils that characterise the region.
