The vineyard :
A selection of the best parcels of Gascony where the soil and climate are ideal for the vinification of fresh and aromatic white wines.
Early harvest very beginning of September. The grapes are subjected to a skin maceration for 8 hours to feel the entire fruit. Then, the grapes are pressed slowly to better maintain the purity of the juice. The alcoholic fermentation lasts three weeks. Then, they proceed to a quick bottling to optimize the fresh character of the wine.

A rigorous selection of the best parcels of Colombard and Sauvignon Blanc vinified with care, has allowed to give to this cuvée all its aromatic expression.
