The vineyard :
A selection of the best parcels of Gascony where the soil and climate are ideal for the vinification of fresh and aromatic white wines.
Wine making:
Early harvest very beginning of September. The grapes are subjected to a skin maceration for 8 hours to feel the entire fruit. Then, the grapes are pressed slowly to better maintain the purity of the juice. The alcoholic fermentation lasts three weeks. Then, they proceed to a quick bottling to optimize the fresh character of the wine.
Lavila is a dry and very fruity white wine elaborated in Gascony, in the South-West of France. A rigorous selection of the best parcels of Colombard and Sauvignon Blanc vinified with care, has allowed to give to this cuvée all its aromatic expression. Served fresh, Lavila will accompany to perfection all your privileged moments.
