The Edmond Rentz family winery was founded in 1785. Today, Catherine and Patrick have been at the head of the business for 20 years.

With a view to preserving biodiversity and the environment, they are working to implement winegrowing practices that are in line with the High Environmental Value certification process. This label imposes rules on biodiversity, vine protection, water conservation and fertilisation.

The estate is also a signatory of the independent winegrower's charter and produces all its wines under the Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée. Finally, Catherine and Patrick attach particular importance to the training of young people.
