Domaine Denis Carré is a family estate located in Savigny-lès-Beaune, north of the Côte de Beaune in Burgundy. Today the estate cultivates around 15 hectares of vineyards, mainly planted with Pinot Noir, with a small proportion of Chardonnay.
The philosophy of the domaine is based on sustainable vineyard practices and careful attention to old vines, some of which are over 60 years old. The grapes are harvested by hand, followed by a traditional Burgundian vinification.
The wines of the estate stand out for their classic and precise style, highlighting the purity of Pinot Noir, balance and finesse, hallmarks of the finest Savigny-lès-Beaune wines.
