2016 Les Pierres Blanches, Bordeaux, France, Bordeaux
The Belgians Viviane and André Vossen have achieved this rare and magnificent wine thanks to the valuable advice of Michel Rolland and Claude and Lydia Bourguignon (also advisors of the Romanée-Conti!).
The vines are planted on a hillside on a clay and limestone soil, facing south.
Manual harvest and double sorting.
Fermentation in ovoid cement tanks and in new oak barrels.
Very limited production, fewer than 5,000 bottles.
