The Vignoble des 3 Terres (Domaine Mann), located in Eguisheim, is a family-run estate farmed biodynamically and now led by two generations. Its identity is rooted in a precise reading of Alsace’s geological mosaic, with vineyards spread across 55 micro-plots over approximately 14 km, based on three major geological foundations: granite, sandstone, and limestone. The so-called “easy-drinking” cuvées, such as Happy Lemon, highlight the grape variety and the vibrant energy of the fruit, while the terroir-driven wines aim for a more parcel-specific expression.
