Located in Bué, in the heart of the Sancerre region, Domaine Vincent Pinard is a family-owned estate now run by brothers Florent and Clément Pinard. Across approximately 17 hectares, they produce Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir wines that highlight the expression of limestone terroirs, aromatic precision and depth on the palate.
Their approach is based on controlled yields, hand harvesting, fermentation with indigenous yeasts and ageing methods tailored to each individual plot. The estate follows organic and biodynamic-inspired viticultural practices, with limited use of sulphur and wines that are generally neither fined nor filtered.
Today, it is regarded as one of Sancerre's benchmark estates, offering a range that extends from approachable, expressive Sauvignon Blancs to outstanding single-vineyard wines with excellent ageing potential.
