Belongs to the historical heritage of the family Bisol. The history of this family at Valdobbiadene goes back to the 16th century. Collecting grapes for sales was the main activity till Eliseo decided in 1875 to produce his own wine and sell it personally. But the First World War has caused much damage in the vineyard and the company. In the 30s his son Desiderio began with the planting of new vineyards and gave a boost to the company. Today the company owns 50 hectares of vines from which 3 hectares are located on the famous hill Cartizze.
Prosecco is the major grape producing fruity sparkling wines. Grapes from organic farming.
