If you thought the finest whites were all French, you might have to think again! This very special white comes from Agnus dei - a modern cellar, set up five years ago by a group of entrepreneurs with a passion for wine and Galicia's Rías Baixas region. Alexia Luca de Tena fermented the wine in fine French oak barrels of 300 liters and matured it on fine lees for six months to create a white wine with superb richness and intensity.

We suggest to serve this wine in large bowled glasses to allow its expressive aromas to open fully, and to enjoy it with your finest sauced fish and seafood dishes.
