2008 Tanao de Lapostolle, Rapel Valley, Chile, Rappel Valley
Lapostolle was founded by the Marnier Lapostolle family and the Rabat family from Chili in 1994. Involved were Alexandra Marnier Lapostolle, her husband Cyril de Bournet and Don José Rabat Gorchs. Today Lapostolle is for 100 % in hands of the Marnier-Lapostolle group. They are the owners of more than 350 hectares on tree different vineyards and they produce in total 1.200.000 bottles per year.
This reputed wine is distributed in more than 70 different countries. It is produced by Michel Roland (oenologist of Château L’Evangile, Château Lascombes, Château Troplong-Mondot…). Matured on French oak barrels.
