2010 Domaine Daulny, Loire, France, Sancerre
The Daulny family comes from a long line of Sancerre winemakers. The winery is located on the town of Verdigny, west of Sancerre, in the hamlet of Chaudenay. Wines from Domaine Daulny were rewarded several times by the Paris competition, Vinalies price of the oenologists as well as a lot of quotations in the wine guides Hachette, Dussert Gerbert, and in national and international press. By working the soil in viticulture, Stephen Daulny obtains low yields and gives us a real summer wine for pure drinking pleasure.
A beautiful and delicate pink, with aromas of red berries and red currants. Beautiful freshness and liveliness on the palate.
