Château Soussans has a vineyard area of 3 ha with gravel soils and a clay-limestone subsoil.
The average age of the vineyard is 30 years. Depending on the year they have a production of between 15,000 and 18,000 bottles. The estate practices sustainable viticulture.
The wine is matured 70% in 225 litre oak barrels (12 months) and 30% in cement vats in order to preserve the great aromatic power.
