The domain of Yann Chave now covers 17.5 hectares at the east of Tain. Recognized as one of the best winemakers in the region.
These wines are on the wine lists of the best restaurants of Alain Ducasse, Paul Bocuse, Troisgros.
The traditional cuvee is produced from vines grown on the three village terroirs: Mercurol, La Roche de Glun and Pont de l’Isère. There are several plots planted at different times, but the average age of vines is 20 years.
