In 2006, Jean-Charles Girard-Madoux bought the vines of the old family estate, which had been sold in 1976. At the time, it consisted of 2.5 hectares of vines planted by his grandparents. Since then, the estate has grown to 6.5 hectares with 4 grape varieties: Jacquère, Mondeuse, Roussanne and Gamay.

All vine maintenance operations (pruning, disbudding, trellising, etc.) are carried out by hand.

Only the soil is worked mechanically by clawing, in particular to allow better aeration of the soil. The grapes are harvested by hand, in small crates to avoid damaging them, and selective sorting is carried out in the vineyard.
