The parcels chosen for the Lavila Grenache-Merlot are located around the region of Béziers in the Languedoc Roussillon, particularly in the municipalities of Cruzy and Argeliers, 25 km from Béziers.
The vineyard :
A selection of the best terroirs on the slopes of "la montagne noire". On a red clay soil, the grapes ripen perfectly due to the southern orientation.
Wine making:
The grapes are harvested at the peak of their maturity. They are vinified according to modern techniques to arrive at a fruity and supple wine.
Lavila is a round, fleshy and fruity red wine made in Languedoc-Roussillon, in the south of France. A rigorous selection of the best parcels of Grenache Noir and Merlot vinified with care, has allowed to give to this cuvée all its aromatic potential. Lavila will accompany all your privileged moments to perfection.
