Martín Berasategui is the only Spanish chef to have 7 Michelin stars! His obsession for quality and excellence has led him to launch a wine project that reflects his image.
Aware that great projects need to be supported by a great team, he joined forces with the La Navarra group and the Belasco family, who have been involved in the world of wine since 1580 and have wineries in different regions of Spain and Argentina.
This wine comes from the coolest vineyards located near the banks of the Duero River. Maceration for 20 days and maturation for 5 months in French and American oak barrels (50-50).
