EPICONE is a young Belgian producer bringing an original approach to alcohol-free gastronomic drinks. Rather than trying to recreate wine by removing the alcohol, EPICONE crafts its drinks from fermentation, grapes and botanicals, with the aim of creating genuine food-pairing experiences.
Its philosophy brings together sensory science and culinary creativity, resulting in deliberately complex and structured profiles. Air and Fire are the house’s first two creations: Air explores a fresh, floral and ethereal style, while Fire offers greater body, structure and depth.
