Once youve completed your order youll receive an order confirmation email. Then, when your order leaves our warehouse youll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a code to track the status of your order.

Returns:
Please check the status of the case and bottles upon delivery. If you want to return your order, please send an email to support@upperwine.com. Returns will only be accepted in their original and closed packaging.
Packaging:
All bottles are repackaged in shock-absorbing packaging designed for the transport of wine.
